Here are some actual dial sessions and appointments I’ve recorded.

Here’s a raw, recorded dial session from 6/18/2022. I sat down with 15 A leads: 13 IVRs and 2 of the online forms filled out. All mortgage protection. POST NOTE: I texted the N/A ones and booked two more from the text messages.

This one is painful for me to listen to. I did so many things wrong! It didn’t help that they were hard to build rapport with… and they didn’t have much of a need. But I did end up converting to a RYD referral, so that was a win.

Here’s a sweet, older couple who became clients. Through asking lots of questions, I found out he had a graded policy with a 2 year wait period. Notice her response when I asked if she realized that.
